  • Profile information such as qualifications, specialisations, and experience (for Trainers)
  • Google Calendar data (only when you explicitly connect your Google account)
  • Usage data and interaction logs within the platform

  • Provide and operate the iCollab platform
  • Facilitate collaboration between Training Providers and Trainers
  • Manage training sessions, registrations, and attendance
  • Process payments and issue receipts or invoices
  • Sync calendar events when you authorise Google Calendar integration
  • Communicate with users via email or WhatsApp notifications
  • Verify user identity and credentials
  • Improve platform features, performance, and user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With payment providers (e.g. Stripe) to process transactions
  • With service providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics
  • With legal authorities if required by applicable law or regulation
  • Between Trainers and Training Providers as part of the collaboration process on the platform

All third-party service providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Secure authentication systems via Supabase
  • Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
  • Role-based access control measures
  • Row-level security on our database

While we strive to use industry-standard security practices, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Google API Data Usage

Google Calendar Integration

iCollab uses the Google Calendar API solely to allow users to sync their training session schedules with their personal Google Calendar. This integration is optional and requires your explicit authorisation.

When you connect Google Calendar to iCollab:

  • We access only the Google Calendar scopes necessary to create, update, and delete calendar events you create through iCollab
  • We do not read, store, or share your existing Google Calendar events
  • Your Google tokens are stored securely and used only to perform calendar operations you initiate
  • You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings or from within iCollab

iCollab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
